Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply email us at info@lane76.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item? Return the original and place a new order, or get in touch and we may be able to offer a simpler solution.
